- May 2022: Approval of the building rights agreement
- October 2022: Planning application for the new building project
- December 2022: Foundation of the Flamingo AG children’s hospice
- April 2023: Receipt of the legally binding building permit
- September 2023: Receipt of the building permit
- December 5th 2023: Ground-breaking ceremony
- December 18, 2023: Zurich Cantonal Council approves the financing of CHF 6 million from the Public Benefit Fund.
- Q1/2024: Excavation work, securing the excavation pit
- Q2/2024: Shell construction basement
- June 27, 2024: Laying of the foundation stone
- Q3/Q4 2024: Shell construction lower floor, upper floors
- 18. December 2024: shell construction ceremony
- Q1/2025: Insulation of the façade
- Q1/Q2 2025: Installation of the photovoltaic system
- Q2/2025: Nasszellen/ Plattenarbeiten/ Akustikdecken/ Treppengeländer
- Q3/2025: Floor coverings/ doors/ fixtures/ painting/ lighting
- October 28, 2025: Handover of the construction project
- Q4/2025: Start of operations
- December 15, 2025: Start of personnel onboarding week
