On December 15, we kicked off the onboarding week with more than 50 future employees and volunteers. A day full of new faces, exciting insights and wonderful encounters at Flamingo!
The week offers an intensive program: getting to know each other, communicating our core values and training in various areas: SPPC, equipment training, fire safety, hygiene, emergency course, IT and much more. We look forward to meeting the future Flamingo team!
